Your mission
Adagio Amsterdam City South is seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Assistant (f/m/d) to ensure that our hotel facilities are always in excellent condition for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the building, technical installations, and guest areas, ensuring safety, functionality, and comfort at all times. You will support preventive maintenance activities, respond to repair requests efficiently, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
Your training for the future
You will receive hands-on training in hotel maintenance operations, including technical systems, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance planning. This role provides an excellent foundation for developing your technical skills within an international hospitality environment, with opportunities to grow into more specialized or supervisory maintenance roles.
Your profile
- Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance)
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
Job requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, technical services, or a similar role is preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
