Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality and coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and other departments
- Handle guest feedback and complaints confidently, professionally, and with a solution-focused mindset
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members
- Stay up to date with trends, market developments, and contribute your own ideas
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor daily performance (sales, covers), average spending, labor costs, KPIs)
