We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers across all market segments
- Conduct research, qualify leads, and identify opportunities using sales analysis tools (e.g. Agency360)
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and networking
- Conduct annual contract negotiations, business reviews, and RFPs
- Organize and lead site inspections, customer events, presentations etc.
- Work closely with hotel teams, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and the Area Director of Sales to align commercial strategies
- Support the preparation of annual Sales & Marketing Plans and budgets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer reputation
- Participate in and contribute to sales and strategy meetings etc.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and bring forward innovative ideas to support business growth
