Your mission
In this key role, you will drive the quality and consistency of IT services across out hotel portfolio. You will work closely with the Group IT Director to help implement and enhance the Group’s IT strategy, ensuring that our hotels operate with stable, efficient, and guest-centric technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous and consistent delivery of established IT services, supporting Hotel Operations and our Corporate Offices
- Maintain hotel compliance with established IT processes and IT standards, ensuring overall IT compliance is reached across the Group
- Coordinate or contribute to Hospitality specific IT projects within the Group. Examples of initiatives are:
o Network and Hardware Upgrades
o Guest Facing technology improvements (e.g. Guest Wi-Fi, Check In / Check Out Kiosks, etc.)
o Back-Office processes automation
- Act as an escalation point for internal and external IT service / IT support requests; own the relationship with assigned Outsourced IT partners, making sure their service is delivered per the agreed SLAs
- Communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring all hotels get the same quality of service
- Provide relevant support to the Group IT Director during the yearly budgeting cycle (Hotel IT Capex & Opex)
