Your mission
As Director of Finance, you are a key strategic partner to the General Manager and responsible for the financial performance of the hotels. You ensure that all legal, fiscal, and operational standards are met and that financial processes run smoothly, transparently, and in line with USALI standards. With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on leadership style, you support your team and all departments in achieving their commercial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and legally compliant financial accounting and reporting in line with USALI standards
- Lead and develop the finance team (Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Act as a business partner for all department heads and coordinate the annual budget planning
- Monitor performance against budget/forecast and recommend corrective actions
- Represent the hotel in internal and external financial matters
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data protection regulations
- Monthly closing & financial reporting in cooperation with department heads and the GM
- Coordination and preparation of the annual budget, forecast updates, and Business Review Calls
- Supervision of payroll data and collaboration with internal or external providers
- Implementation and control of internal guidelines (LSOPs) and legal retention requirements
- Close cooperation with corporate finance and other Directors of Finance across the group
- Participation in leadership meetings and financial performance reviews
